All Guests entering inside “The Jungle Mountain retreat”, or using any amenities or facilities on premises, do so entirely at their own risk and subject to the following conditions:

(a). “The Jungle Mountain Retreat” is a Private property and the owner, manager and/or operator of the premises reserves the rights to refuse admission or entry to any person.

(b). The premises may be monitored by CCTV surveillance.

(c). The owner, manager and /or operator of The Jungle Mountain retreat, amenities and facilities and its directors, employees, agents and representatives do not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury or death of any person or the loss or destruction of or damage to any property, whether arising from fire , theft or any other cause whatsoever and by whomsoever caused or arising from the negligence or gross negligence or wrongful acts or omissions of the owner, manager and /or operator of the hotel or its directors, employees, agents and representatives.

(2). Important Notice:-

(a). Please note that while every effort is made to use fresh ingredients in the preparation of food and beverages served on this premises, food and beverages including dairy product s, ice cream, frozen desserts , proprietary sauces, juices, preserves , jams and preserved meats, served may contain permitted artificial colorants , flavourants and preservatives.

(b). In addition, certain foodstuffs have been packed and prepared on premises in which nuts may be present. Non-Halaal and non-Kosher foods are also prepared and served on the premises.

(3). Parking Disclaimer:-

(a). Use of parking facilities is strictly at own risk.

(b). The owner , manager and /or operator of premises , amenities and facilities and its directors, employees, and representatives do not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury or death of any person or the loss or destruction of or damage to any property arising from the use of parking facilities, regardless of the cause thereof.

(4). Privacy Policies:-

(a). All your personal information provided by you will be stored in our customer’s Records and will not be circulated to third Party without your permission. However security crises are exceptional.

(b). We may utilize your feedback (if uploaded by you on any Reviews sites) in order to acquaint other guests about your mesmerizing experience through us.

(c). Though Our Online Payment Gateway is secure but in case any unwanted invasion occurs we shall not be responsible for the same.
