(1) All the Cancellations/Refund Statements must be interacted in writing.
(2) We do not accept any Last minute Cancellations i.e. 24 Hours or Less and thus the booking amount shall be non-refundable.
(3) Non Refundable Policy shall apply to No show scenarios too.
(4) 50% of the retention charges shall be applicable for booking cancelled between 25 hours -72 Hours of the check-In Date.
(5) 25% of the retention charges shall be applicable for booking cancelled between 72 hours -1 Week of the check-In Date.
(6) No Retention charges will be levied for cancellation a taking before 1 Week of the check in Date. However Bank Charges & Government Service Charges shall be applicable.
(7) Our Bank takes around 3 Days to 1 week for the successful refund procedure. Thus if you don't receive your refund within the expected time, kindly consult us immediately.
(8) No Refunds can be claimed for any complimentary services.
