Room cancellation Policy

(1) Hotel Check-In time is 12:00 noon and Check-Out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability of rooms and extra charges.
(2) In case of early check-in, rooms to be blocked from previous night as per applicable charges.
(3) As per company policy, we do not permit outside food, liquor and beverages.
(4) Reservations of room / room category are subject to availability.
(5) All other activities not included in package would be extra charged.
(6) Children up to the age of 06 years sharing the room with parents without extra bed will be complimentary.
(7) Children above 8 years will be considered as adult and will be charged as extra person with or without extra bed.
(8) Any changes in reservation may attract additional charges.
(9) Guests from containment zones are not allowed.
(10) Office ID, PAN Card and Non-Govt IDs are not accepted as ID proof(s)
(11) Passport, Aadhar, Driving License and Govt. ID are accepted as ID proof(s)
(12) Property staff is trained on hygiene guidelines.
(13) Pets are not allowed.
